Hello Texinfo friends,

I've released another (final?) pretest, version 4.6.95, for the next Texinfo
version to (gzip):

Some bug fixes, and I snuck in one last language change:

  . @url is now a synonym for @uref; new command @indicateurl has the
    old meaning of just displaying a url as text.

If no notable bugs are reported, this will become 4.7.  No more
changes are planned.

Please test if time and inclination, and of course report any problems,
preferably to texinfo-pretest at texinfo.org.
