[texinfo-pretest] What's <wbr>?

Checking the diffs of the recent changes in texinfo, I see that a HTML
command `<wbr>' has been added immediately after `&mdash;'.

There is no `<wbr>' command in HTML 4.0 -- doing a google search, I
see that it is an extension introduced (and apparently abandoned
again) by Netscape.

In case you want to use such extensions I suggest to introduce a
`--html-extensions' switch which activates such features.
