Why can't it compile if there is no long filename support?  Oh well,
whatever, I suppose it doesn't matter.

All uses of intptr_t have been eradicated in previous changes.  I think
you have had 4.7.90?  That was the last change I did before 4.7.91.

Anyway, I hope to make another pretest today.
